The Finngoalie In-Season Personal Mentorship Program is a 24-week individualized development program designed for goaltenders who want consistent coaching, technical development and game-specific feedback throughout their competitive season.
Rather than relying on occasional lessons, each goaltender works through a structured weekly development process that connects game performance directly to training.
WHAT’S INCLUDED
24 Weekly Private Training Sessions
One private session each week at the Finngoalie Equipment & Training Centre, utilizing our training ice for focused, individualized goaltender development.
24 Weekly Game Reviews
One game review each week before your training session. We identify habits, strengths and areas requiring attention, then bring those findings directly onto the training ice.
Personalized Weekly Development
Training is adjusted throughout the season based on your game performance and individual development needs.

Goaltenders enrolled in the Mentorship Program receive additional training opportunities during the holiday break, including access to selected:
On-Ice Holiday Training Sessions
Finngoalie Holiday Camp
This provides additional development opportunities during one of the most important training periods of the season.
